1. THE SERVICE
Easycal reads statements you provide, sorts transactions into categories and shows you summaries. It is a personal budgeting tool.
2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Easycal does not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Categorization is automated and may be wrong. Always check the figures against your bank's own records before making a decision or filing anything official. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Use Easycal only with statements you are entitled to access. Do not use it for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Easycal Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may change over time. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. If the price of a renewing subscription goes up, Apple tells you in advance and the subscription only renews at the new price if you agree; otherwise it simply stops renewing. Introductory pricing applies to first-time subscribers only.
5. AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep Easycal working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time.
6. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Easycal is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including decisions based on the figures it shows.
7. TERMINATION
You may stop using Easycal at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

2. FİNANSAL TAVSİYE DEĞİLDİR
Easycal finansal, vergi, muhasebe veya yatırım tavsiyesi vermez. Kategorizasyon otomatiktir ve hatalı olabilir. Bir karar vermeden ya da resmî bir beyanda bulunmadan önce rakamları bankanın kendi kayıtlarıyla karşılaştır. Finansal kararlarının sorumluluğu sana aittir.
3. SORUMLULUKLARIN
Easycal'ı yalnızca erişim hakkına sahip olduğun ekstrelerle kullan. Hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanma ve hizmeti aksatmaya çalışma.
4. ABONELİKLER
Easycal Premium, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliği hesabından tahsil edilir. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir. Aboneliğini satın alma sonrasında Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Sunulduğu durumlarda, ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur. Fiyatlar zamanla değişebilir. Bir değişiklik, halihazırda ödediğin dönemi hiçbir zaman etkilemez. Yenilenen bir aboneliğin fiyatı artarsa Apple seni önceden bilgilendirir ve abonelik yalnızca sen kabul edersen yeni fiyattan yenilenir; kabul etmezsen yenilenmeyi durdurur. Tanıtım fiyatı yalnızca ilk kez abone olanlar içindir.
5. ERİŞİLEBİLİRLİK
Easycal'ı çalışır tutmayı hedefleriz ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Özellikler zaman içinde değişebilir.
6. SORUMLULUĞUN SINIRI
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Easycal "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kullanımından doğan zararlardan, gösterdiği rakamlara dayanarak alınan kararlar dâhil, sorumlu değiliz.
7. FESİH
Easycal'ı silerek kullanımı dilediğin zaman sonlandırabilirsin. Bu koşullar ihlal edilirse erişimi askıya alabiliriz.
